Some of our often used experimental protocols for work with parasites as well general molecular biology protocols. Please take them with a grain of salt as we have not spend time editing these for publication, they come straight out of people's labbooks. Obviously we can't guarantee the success of your experiment and we certainly do not suggest that you use any of our protocols to treat any ailment of your PI, members of your family, or your pets, or get us intro trouble in any other way.
